The building collective was formed by <a href=”http://www.nicklally.com/”>nick lally</a> and <a href=”http://www.kylemckinley.com/”>kyle mckinley</a> during their graduate studies in digital art and new media at ucsc. Its membership has varied and its activities are sporadic, but building is still building.
